1015am: Mt. Charleston Cruise Drivers Meeting (Top Floor of Parking Structure)

• The gates to get up to the top floor of the parking structure will be opened to allow everyone to gather but DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR.

1030am: Mt Charleston Cruise Departs

• We think you’re cool, but we definitely will NOT be waiting for you. Cruise will leave promptly at time listed.

• If you “partied hard” on Friday night and happen to be able to make it to the cruise, PLEASE take a ride with someone as a passenger.

• You’ll be told this during the drivers meeting, but this cruise is not a “canyon run” by any means… It is a leisurely drive through an amazing alpine-style road that leads up to a winter-time ski lodge. Anyone reported as driving recklessly will be asked not to return for the remainder of the event.

Noon-330pm: DIY Car Wash Open (Bottom Floor of Parking Structure)

• 3 hoses, 3 sponges, and 3 buckets will be supplied… the rest is up to you guys! Consider it a “pot luck” car wash. Everyone bring something to contribute (soap, towels, microfiber, brushes, etc) and there should be more than enough to get everyone nice and pretty in time for the Show & Shine.

5pm: Show & Shine Roll-In Begins

• If you are arriving for the first time (or have yet to check-in / get your car number / get your wrist band), you’ll be heading to the bottom floor of the parking structure to get checked-in.

• There will be 3 lines. One for Premier Parking, one for Registered, and one for Non-Registered. I absolutely guarantee that the Non-Registered line will be the longest and go the slowest.

• Whether you’re in a “show car”, got dropped off by a friend, or rode the bus… ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER! In order to expedite the process, PRINT your “ticket”, If you haven’t yet, go to Wuste.com/register and complete the 2-minute process!

• If you’ve already gotten your wrist bands (and car number for those participating in the Show & Shine), you may proceed up the ramp and take any available parking spot.

5pm-630pm: Place Number Sticker On Windshield

6pm: Food Trucks Begin Serving (Main lot adjacent to parking structure)

630pm: People’s Choice Voting Begins

• If you haven’t received a voting card yet, blank cards are available at the Event Tent on the top floor of the parking structure.

9pm: Vote Cards Due (Event Tent, Top Floor)

10pm: Show & Shine Ends.

1030pm: Official 21+ After-Party Begins (Railhead / Boulder Station)

• Age Requirement: 21+
• Cost: Free
• Performing Live: Yellow Brick Road.
• Head directly from the Show & Shine to the Railhead in Boulder Station for some live music and lots of good times! Yellow Brick Road is a Classic Rock band based in Las Vegas, NV, dedicated to the live recreation of legendary music from the 70s-80s era.
